Biography

Abena Amoah is the Managing Director of the Ghana Stock Exchange, having been appointed Deputy Managing Director on July 15, 2020. She is a Ghanaian investment banker and financial advisor, recognized for her work in the Ghanaian and West African capital markets over 17 years.

Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions advisory, stock market trading and listings, private placements of equity and debt instruments, asset management, and investment research.
