Biography

Abdulla Khaleel is a Maldivian politician and public servant. He currently serves as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, a position he assumed in 2024 following a cabinet reshuffle. Prior to this, he was the Minister of Health from 2023 to 2024.

Khaleel has an extensive career in Maldivian government and politics. He served as a Member of Parliament for the Nilandhoo Constituency from 2014 to 2019, during which he chaired the Parliamentary Economic Affairs Committee.
