Abdul Hadi bin Awang, born on October 20, 1947, is a Malaysian politician and religious teacher. He serves as the President of PAS and is a Member of Parliament.

Awang has acted as a consultant for peace missions, including in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, Acheh, Yaman, Selatan Thailand, and Selatan Filipina.
