Biography

Abdelrahman Ayman is an entrepreneur and public policy advisor with a focus on leadership development and educational technology. He currently holds the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations at Manara (YC W21).

Early in his career, Abdelrahman co-founded Leadership Factory, a venture aimed at making leadership development accessible to youth. He has delivered over 10,000 hours of formal and informal training for young people across 73 countries.
