Abigail P. Johnson is an American billionaire businesswoman and the Chairman and CEO of Fidelity Investments. She assumed the role of President and CEO in 2014, and in November 2016, she was also named Chairman, gaining full control of the firm.

Fidelity Investments was founded by her grandfather, Edward C. Johnson II, and her family and their affiliates own approximately 40% of the company.
