Aaron Sojourner is an American economist and a senior researcher at the Upjohn Institute for Employment Research. His specialties include labor economics, econometrics, and policy analysis. He focuses on areas such as labor market institutions, human capital, hiring, and behavioral consumer finance.

Prior to his role at the Upjohn Institute, Sojourner was an associate professor.
