Biography

Aaron J. Horowitz is the Founder and CEO of Empath Labs, a company dedicated to transforming the pediatric patient experience through empathy, play, and design. His personal experience with Human Growth Hormone Deficiency as a child, requiring daily injections, ignited his passion to improve care for children. Empath Labs, formerly Sproutel (which he co-founded and led as CEO from 2011 to 2023), operates at the intersection of clinical research and commercialized therapeutics.
